The highlight is your employee Catherine. She is always so friendly and she is the absolute sweetest.
She asked how my day was, would I like a cup of water while I waited, she asked what was the highlight of my week etc.. she didnt have to care but she did. Please make her a manager. She is just what this world needs more kindness, more caring.

I placed a mobile order on my app this evening coming home from work as I do multiple times a week. Chick-fil-A processed and took the money out of my account. When I pulled up to get my food, they said they didn’t have my order… I pulled up my Navy Federal app where it showed Southpoint Chick-fil-A taking $35.98 from my account today. The shift manger Addie wouldn’t give me my families dinner I paid for , she was happy to take my order again only if I paid twice for it!!!...read full review
