“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Have never had a bad time eating here. There was only one time they messed up my order(I honestly blame doordash for that one) and the food was still amazing.

“We were driving on Friday, July 5th from Raleigh, NC to upstate New York and came thru Fredericksburg to get gas at the Wawa and food at CFA. We ordered through Mobile Drive-Thru. Not only was our food order perfect, it was excellent! The team member at the window, Trinity, showed excellent guest engagement, asking about our 4th of July and then about our travels. My husband has worked for CFA for almost 16 years in Louisville KY, and my son is a trainer there. I also worked there for 2 years. They both said the food and service was stellar. We will be back next summer!!!“

“We did curb side pick up! First time here. The kids absolutely loved it and I agree; best chicken from a fast food place. People were super cool. The inside was immaculately clean. We don't have one in Culpeper but you can bet the next time we come to the Burg, we will stop by.
I wish I knew the guys name who brought the food out. They actually missed 2 items so I had to go back in...and even though they missed something the guy was so genuinely cool, humble, and just nice, that it made the mistake almost a benefit. “My absolute favorite fish and chicken & the meal of course can't be complete without the little hushpuppies and fries and an extra little special box of those delicious crumbs! I grew up loving Long John Silver's & it will always be one of my favorites! “This is the best Taco Bell in the world! I always get great tasting hot and fresh food at the 5511 Plank Road location.

The employees are the reason of course. Jasmine, Ray, Yesly, Charlie, and Veronica are always friendly, and the service is excellent. I eat there all the time and get great tasting food every time.“

“Update 5/27/26: I'm a bit frustrated with Arby's because in recent months they've raised their prices several times. Today I stopped at Arby's & picked up dinner for my husband & me. Our order was atypical meal with no extra desserts or food items. We upgraded our drinks to Jamocha shakes, which we normally do. We got two medium stakes, two roast beef and wishes & two curly fries. The price was over $30.00. In my opinion, that is an outrageous price. I like Arby's because they offer unusual options that aren't available at other fast food restaurants. Their food is good & their staff are always friendly & courteous. But I'm unwilling to pay the prices they are charging for their food. In the future, I'll be buying food from other fast food restaurants when we decide to have an easy meal. Their prices are out of control,so I'll do without Arby's foods & eat elsewhere.

Arby's food is very good, and they offer unusual menu items that other fast food places do not. They offer a huge variety of meat choices & sandwich choices. Their curly fries are excellent & I especially love their Jamocha shakes.

Arby's prices are always on the high side, so we only go there once in a while. Instead, we more often choose less expensive alternatives. I have to say that when I went there most recently, I was shocked by how high the prices have gotten it was over $26.00 for two people, for a sandwich, first & milkshake. In my opinion, that is very excessive & it's uncalled for. I realize prices have gone up, but the foods Arby's serves are grown in the US. The excessive increase in prices seems to reflect what would be an increase in supplies, plus tariffs. Tariffs would not be paid on the products purchased in the US, so I felt as though Arby's was doing some price gouging & blaming it on tariffs. I love Arby's food but I don't like feeling as though I'm being taken advantage of. I will continue to go to Arby's very, very occasionally because I like their food, but I expect I'll take my purchasing dollars elsewhere most of the time because of the excessive prices Arby's is charging. Arby's, consider reducing your prices. You're shooting yourself in the foot because customers are not going to frequent your restaurant as often, given the exaggerated pricing you currently have in place.“

“Sometimes when you go to Applebee's, you get something completely different than what you ordered. Sometimes when you go to Arby's, the curly fries have been sitting on the warmer way too long, or maybe aren't all the way done. But when they are just right, they are so good. So, you roll the dice and embrace the adventure that is food prepared by people who probably don't have a passion for cooking, and just need a job. In this instance, the fries had been sitting too long, but the employees were friendly. Maybe this is the best of all possible worlds, and we can just set our expectations accordingly.“

“I have food allergies and have to request substitutions. My special requests have always been accurate and the food has always been hot and fresh. It occasionally is prepared messy, but overall in good shape. Staff has been pleasant majority of the time, just an occasional off day with subpar friendliness.

Parking lot and drive-thru are a little tight. I've never been inside, only drive-thru and can't comment on restrooms or dining area. The screen is easy to read and accurate. They can get busy and therefore slow during the lunch rush. Other times of day service is quick.“

Prep area full of staff and a dine in order for my wife and I took 18 minutes to fill and they still forgot an item. Not coming back.

It's fast food tacos and they were good. The place is clean and the counter staff attentive. The self-service drink station was cleaned twice while we ate. The attendant even cleared our tray from the table when we finished. The prices have gone up significantly since we last ate at a TB. At over $20 for a simple lunch for two it's expensive.

*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.“

“Traveling through Fredericksburg, VA and needed a little something to fill my belly. Sonic Drive-In was the perfect thing. The wait time via the drive thru was minimal, so we jumped into line. Was surprised to see a sign that stated “cash only.” Wasn’t bothered by it since we had cash and we placed our order. After a minimal wait time we were at the window to get our food and pay. The cashier was “very” pleasant, courteous and apologetic about the “cash only” option for the drive thru. Apparently, Sonic was a victim of the global outage by Microsoft systems software that only affected their drive thru lane only. While we were happy to pay via cash, the cashier was gracious and thanked us for being SO understanding. Total visit was a 100 out of 10, on all levels. “It's a sonic. They are pretty good as far as far food goes. I think I have only got my order wrong 1 or 2 times here. And it wasn't even serious it was something small and easy for me to fix. As opposed to other chains that get the order completely wrong.
Last time I got the bacon cheeseburger toaster and tots with a cherry coke. I was hungry but I didn't want a lot of food. And everything was great.“
