Friendly associates and the establishment was very clean. Great customer service. Can't say this about the new store in Glen Allen, VA. We approached the register and we said hello first mind you. The guy didn't say anything to us. Fifteen employees there laughing and carrying on. So unprofessional. Place was dirty also.
My family loved Five Guys and we’ve been to many. This was definitely one of the better ones. Nice people, clean place and clean bathrooms and they did a good job of my lettuce wrap (no bun) burger.
Great food and the atmosphere is cool. I like how they tell you where the potatoes come from.
