I was very disappointed and surprised after ordering my normal southwest salad they took a while to bring my hubby and I our salads so we figured they were cooking his steak (don’t get it) so when they gave us our food we drove off and parked to eat. Well all the chicken in my salad was FROZEN! I sat it outside of the car to thaw but there was too many frozen pieces together so I called them and took it back to them and the Manager made me another salad.
