I was very disappointed and surprised after ordering my normal southwest salad they took a while to bring my hubby and I our salads so we figured they were cooking his steak (don’t get it) so when they gave us our food we drove off and parked to eat. Well all the chicken in my salad was FROZEN! I sat it outside of the car to thaw but there was too many frozen pieces together so I called them and took it back to them and the Manager made me another salad. Sorry but offering...

This was the fastest in-person dining experience we ever experienced at a Panera and it was at noon. There was even someone who helped us get our food from the counter to the table.

Never greated. Went to a computer to order our food. Would be nice to order sitting down at the table. $35 for two soup and salad and a hot tea. Advertise says bowl of soup. It’s a cup of soup. Have to get up to go get your own food. Then they want a tip. Why do I do all the work and tip you? Dirty fork on my plate. Don’t see how I can post pictures of our food and dirty forks.
