The coffee i get is sweet with a very rich aroma. The owners and employees are all pleasant people. I highly recommend this place and their coffee.”

All inside an adorably repurposed small, historic church. It's been lovely here for me each time I've been so far. If you're in Fredericksburg, visit Eileen's. (The earlier you come, the more baked goods to choose from, in my experience. They close at 2pm.)”

“This place is a whole vibe, great food, drinks, music and the atmosphere was amazing. Staff are friendly. Try the oxtails and curry goat and Jamaica punch as these items is a must. I recommend everything. Look at the plates and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. “Love love love!! Came here before my 10hr round trip drive to Pittsburg and it was such a great choice! The energy of the woman that served me was impeccable. Chipper, happy, joyful; absolutely radiating sunshine! She helped me with my coffee selection and I decided to go with 1 iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, and 1 Chemex pour over with maple spice and oat milk. The chemex was soooo smooth, not acidic or burnt tasting at all. The pour was good and the grind courseness was spot on. I also got a breakfast sandwich (egg bacon and cheese on a croissant) so I think all in all my total came out to less than $18. Which, compared to one single $7 brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, is a deal. The location is to die for, the options are plentiful, the staff are great, I only have top notch comments to make! My partner and I will be back soon to try the Chai Tea Latte another google reviewer raved about in a previous review! Thanks so much!!”

“This place has a really eclectic vibe. The staff is great. A good variety in the menu and good for those who have altered menu requests! There is seating outside if you want to enjoy the fresh air and be part of the downtown sidewalk activity. I will definitely be going back again. “I've been going to Hyperion for 17 years whenever I'm in town. It's hands down the best and most consistent coffee shop in Fredericksburg, a true staple. Their location is great for grabbing a coffee to sip on while walking downtown, and it's also a great place to meet a friend to sit outside, drink coffee, and people watch.Their service is generally friendly and helpful, even when there's a line going out the door. Their coffee and pastries are the real deal, always quality and fresh. Love Hyperion and will be coming back till the day they close (unless I die first of course).”

I think I spoke to the owner, she was so sweet and kind, I asked about the Karak tea, and even though I bought a pistachio coffee, she gave me a sample of the tea to take with me. If you want different sugar levels, they can always accommodate if you ask! Been here many times, love the different flavors. I’m really writing this review because of my most recent interaction with the baristas. Two days ago I called because something was just “off” to me with my drink. I called to discuss my concern with the team and with the upmost concern and respect I was told I could return the next day to get another one. This was on Tuesday…I was able to stop in today, explained my situation and for the life of me couldn’t remember the exact name of the drink I tried because it was my first time getting it. As busy as they were the barista took my order, helped me figure out what it was and finished it quick fast in a hurry. It’s the little things that are much appreciated especially nowadays in their industry. This is always my go to Starbucks ?”

I paired it with the potato salad which was a great tasting addition.My only concern was the time it took to get seated and then served. I was hoping for a 30-minute lunch but the wait times doubled that estimate. Once the server got to me, she was very helpful and knowledgeable.”
