I was incensed. I told them so and she just shrugged. I don't mind them charging more but do tell us when you do, BEFORE you make and charge me for the drink. I should have just walked out. I greatly dislike these hidden fees that slap you unawares. Maybe it was just that one clerk's fault, maybe it was store policy; I don't know.“

“It was my first time visiting here, and my friend and I were unfamiliar with Bahraini cuisine. Suad was very welcoming and patient with us as we asked many questions about the food, the coffee, and the spices! “This was my girls first experience with bubble tea. I asked for kid friendly recommendations and the girl taking our order was very helpful. She was able to suggest a tea that my girls loved, and helped me with a no sugar option as well! Avoiding sugar in my diet makes it difficult to enjoy treats with my girls. I was so happy to be able to join them in their experience today!! The staff was friendly, drinks were wonderful and were prepared in a timely manner, and the atmosphere was very lovely. Parking: I hate the front lot. It’s tight and other drivers can be inconsiderate.“

Bathroom a mess.... only a sign on one restroom so everyone (at leas6) was waiting in a line not realizing there was 2. It was dingy, dirty, smelly and had paper stuffed along toilet, walls and sink to stop water.

“Mostly it's a hit, sometimes a big miss on their drink orders. I order the same drink from a Dunking probably 4 times a week. They have the greatest variance in their drink mixing. Their staff however have always been extremely friendly“

“The baristas at this location are all very sweet and helpful, and the environment is clean and calm. During peak times, you can tell the employees are super focused on moving through orders and keeping the wait down for customers. They do a really good job of maintaining speed and quality, even though they often have a small team and a lot of things to juggle at once!The interior is surprisingly small, but it’s really lovely. The main room feels tall and bright, with a few tall tables and a couple lounge seats. Most of the seating is to the side, where there are several small 2-seater tables and a long bench with larger tables (and one accessible table) — the vibe is much cozier in this area, with ambient lighting and a low ceiling. There are many outlets, making it a great place to study!There is also a large covered patio, which has a lot of seating as well as heaters that can be turned on by request.

Dietary restrictions: Like all Starbucks, there are dairy alternatives for drinks (soy | oat | almond) and equipment can be deep cleaned by request to accommodate for certain allergies.

“My oldest asked for Boba tea which was something she hadn't had in a while. We decided to give this place a go, as we've driven past it many times on our way to Chickfila. We got there shortly after it opened. When we originally got there, the employee noticed children were present and switched the music to kids bop ? She was very friendly and patient with all three of my kiddos. She was very helpful in showing us which options were caffeine free, and which were popular among other kids. We got our drinks in a very timely manner, and they were delicious!

“Today at 7am to 8am the young ladies at this location did a fantastic job while being short a leader. The young ladies are an asset to this company as they handled difficult customers, long drive through lines and deliver drivers who had additude issues with grace and perseverance. The young lady that was asked to help lead from another store is amazing and did a great job keeping calm in a storm. She handled disgruntled customer with respect and professionalism I wish I possessed. I hope this company makes issues like canceling mobile orders easier for customer, it was frustrating to watch customers take out their frustration on the crew when they don't have control over things like this. I hope these ladies got a break and get recognition for a job well done.“

“Ate here today for the first time. I had the jerk chicken with fried plantains and cabbage. My wife had the curry chicken. I fully intended to save 1/2 of mine for later, but there was no way! I ate every single bite! Absolutely fantastic food! Like my grandma used to say: food so good, if you put it on top of your head, your tongue would slap your brains out. Man, that is some good food!“
