“This McDonalds is Marine Base Quantico. The service here was fast, polite and friendly. No big lunch time wait. The big plus is that the order was filled right. The price was OK, not what a quarter pounder meal use to cost.
The store was clean inside and out. Will stop again when on base .“

“If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.“

“Love this place! The staff is incredibly wonderful. Always so sweet and helpful. Always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and improvise when needed. Been multiple times and have always had a great experience. They also work their butts off keeping the orders cranking out. We have a gluten allergy and dairy allergy in our family so they are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating when we order. The space is adorable. You can feel the vibe that is a kind, loving, community space.“

“I was in the store today with my two year old for a quick snack. We were sitting down and soon my toddler started to cry over who knows what...I tried everything to guess and calm her down but she wasn’t having it. I was ready to pack us up and leave so we didn’t continue to disturb everyone in there when one of the employees, Sunni, came over and sat at our table. She spoke so sweet and calm to my daughter who stopped crying and also generously brought her an apple juice and cake pop to stop the tears. She was so wonderful and I’m so thankful for her kind gesture! She turned a moment of stress into smiles. Thank you so much, Sunni! 😊“

“This was my best starbucks experience in 8 or so years. Jessie was so kind and thoughtful when mixing and serving my drink, and she even pronounced my name right (very rare for this to happen.) She also didn’t judge me for only getting a water for my kid, instead of pressuring me into getting some sort of chocolate milk or Kid’s drink. Frankly, he doesn’t need all of that sugar. All this to say, Go here today, order the caramel ribbon crunch. You WON’T regret it ?.“

“I love this location. They know me and know my drink. Being overnight, I hardly ever have to wait in line. But more frequently, I find they are not open when I come by. 😔 (1:45 am, 2 or 3 nights a week)“

“I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location thanks to Tajwar and Felix. Both of them were extremely kind, patient, and professional.

Tajwar did an amazing job explaining the drinks and helping customers understand what would be best for them, especially for people who may not know much about coffee. She was very patient, informative, and made sure the customer felt comfortable and satisfied with their order. You can tell she truly understands what works best for each customer and takes her time to help properly.

Felix was also incredibly patient and took his time while helping customers. He made sure everything was done properly and treated customers with kindness and respect.
