Pretty standard Starbucks. The coffee was good. And the service was reasonably fast. The employees weren’t particularly friendly, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were rude. My biggest complaint was the amount of trash on the floor and tables was really surprising. We intended to drink our coffees inside but decided to take them to go due to the lack of clean tables. Overall, this Starbucks gives you what you would expect from a franchise. The drinks are good, made right, on time, and reasonably priced.However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. The tables, chairs, and placements are not an issue; it is the noise levels and cold that creep in during the winter months. I like to go and buy at Starbucks but I don't know if the place had no manager but they were very attentive and it is one of the favorite places for my grandchildren. I would like them to give better customer service.
