I usually have no issues with this Starbucks when they are very busy they do their job well, however, I had an issue today when I went with my little sister. We ordered one drink, one egg bite, and one sandwich. The drink came out fast but we were waiting a long time for our food. I had to ask for the food twice because they (specifically the worker named Mellisa) forgot about it and my poor sister now no longer has time to eat something before she goes back to class. No apologies were made when I asked again for the food and that we needed it now because my sister needed to go to class. Very disappointing.

I like to go and buy at Starbucks but I don't know if the place had no manager but they were very attentive and it is one of the favorite places for my grandchildren. I would like them to give better customer service.
The girl who works as a barista was very rude when I asked her for a cup of water. I had already ordered my cup of water with my order. Also, the tables, the floor and the bathrooms were too dirty.

Pretty standard Starbucks. The coffee was good. And the service was reasonably fast. The employees weren’t particularly friendly, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were rude. My biggest complaint was the amount of trash on the floor and tables was really surprising. We intended to drink our coffees inside but decided to take them to go due to the lack of clean tables. Maybe they had been really busy and didn’t have time to clean, but they need to do better. Overall, this Starbucks gives you what you would expect from a franchise. The drinks are good, made right, on time, and reasonably priced.However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. The tables, chairs, and placements are not an issue; it is the noise levels and cold that creep in during the winter months. I wish they had an automatic heater above their doors to mitigate the frosty conditions. In addition, the music is blaring at times and I wonder if someone behind the bar has a hearing issue.Parking: Stonebridge has plenty of open parking spaces throughout the area.

I usually visit this location around 7:00 am. On my recent visit, I encountered a staff member named Eric who came across as quite rude. He seemed more interested in chatting with his buddies than assisting the long line of customers, which was frustrating. Fortunately, a kind lady with short black hair and a shorter stature apologized for the situation and stepped in to help, which was a relief.
