“Love the coffee and ambiance here. However, I no longer patronize them. I ordered a mocha and asked for coconut milk and extra whip. The final bill was more than $3 higher! Small but significant. I was incensed. I told them so and she just shrugged. I don't mind them charging more but do tell us when you do, BEFORE you make and charge me for the drink. I should have just walked out. I greatly dislike these hidden fees that slap you unawares. Maybe it was just that one clerk's fault, maybe it was store policy; I don't know.“

I also love that there is an app where I can order ahead, and they will bring it out to my car for me so I don’t have to get the kids out when I can’t stay.“

“I went for the first time this past weekend. I first They were closing in less than an hour so I was hesitant to walk in but I saw another customer walk in. I’m glad I did. I ordered a latte, it was delicious! I will probably be back again. Piper, was sweet and patient. I didn’t feel rushed, even though I knew they would be closing up soon.

“This was my girls first experience with bubble tea. I asked for kid friendly recommendations and the girl taking our order was very helpful. She was able to suggest a tea that my girls loved, and helped me with a no sugar option as well! Avoiding sugar in my diet makes it difficult to enjoy treats with my girls. I was so happy to be able to join them in their experience today!! The staff was friendly, drinks were wonderful and were prepared in a timely manner, and the atmosphere was very lovely. Highly recommend!!“

“This is my favorite little cafe. It’s in an old church and just has a wonderful atmosphere. Great breakfast food, great cookies. Limited selection on coffee but what they have is fantastic. Try the London Fog latte with vanilla.

He absolutely LOVES their doughnuts. They taste amazing and every time we go in (few times a month now) they have been so patient and kind with helping us make sure he stays safe. Could not appreciate this place more. Love this place, love the people!“

“Great service. If you like Starbucks beverages & food, it’s not a bad location. Team members are always polite and efficient. A long line will move fairly quickly. It’s usually pretty tidy in the seating area- it’s a “good” Starbucks.

Parking: I hate the front lot. It’s tight and other drivers can be inconsiderate.“

Bathroom a mess.... only a sign on one restroom so everyone (at leas6) was waiting in a line not realizing there was 2. It was dingy, dirty, smelly and had paper stuffed along toilet, walls and sink to stop water.
If you don't need a bathroom, great place.“

“This location is busy and efficient. They get through a morning rush line in a timely matter. With their staff being quite friendly at the ordering screen and the pay window! Kudos to this Starbucks for keeping customer service going. If anything my double smoked was a lil less warm than I like, but I believe that's most likely a Starbucks oven/sandwich issue rather than this stores problem. Other than that. Drink was delicious, food was still tasty. Great job!“

“Today at 7am to 8am the young ladies at this location did a fantastic job while being short a leader. The young ladies are an asset to this company as they handled difficult customers, long drive through lines and deliver drivers who had additude issues with grace and perseverance. The young lady that was asked to help lead from another store is amazing and did a great job keeping calm in a storm. She handled disgruntled customer with respect and professionalism I wish I possessed. I hope this company makes issues like canceling mobile orders easier for customer, it was frustrating to watch customers take out their frustration on the crew when they don't have control over things like this. I hope these ladies got a break and get recognition for a job well done.“

“I recently came here for the first time with my sister. We both ordered a specialty drink. I ordered the Orange Sangria with Grapefruit flavor and Crystal Boba. My sister ordered the Dragon and Rose, also with Crystal Boba. Both drinks were delicious. My sister's was fruity without being overbearing. Mine was sweet and citrusy which was perfect for me. The Crystal Boba's paired well with my drink and I believe I would order it again. I plan on coming back to also try some of the other drink options.
