Yesterday I was in Fredericksburg and I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with some issues involving my Amtrak trip home. I walked over to 25 30 Espresso from the train station to sit, try to relax, and have a drink/some food. I got to talking to the baristas, Chris & Alyssa, about my trip and the hiccups I was dealing with trying to make it home. Whenever I travel, I always visit this place because it’s my go-to spot to combat jetlag. They’re open at 5:30 a.m., which is perfect for me. This morning, a young lady made me an espresso. She kept making it until the quality improved. Her colleague then showed her and me how to adjust the grind ratio of the beans when it’s humid outside. As a result, she produced a perfect double shot of espresso. I truly appreciate that they didn’t let me leave with a bad product.
I love this place! I will say that I am not as big of a fan of the food as I am their coffee, but I love the atmosphere in here and everyone was friendly! Totally recommend this place over any big coffee places!
