The baristas at this location are all very sweet and helpful, and the environment is clean and calm. During peak times, you can tell the employees are super focused on moving through orders and keeping the wait down for customers. Not a bad place to study when you need to have a drip-feed of coffee with the free-refills on the app. However, it was made clear today, and yesterday that the baristas are not familiar with the products they are selling-- such as a red-eye or black eye. I'm sure there is a button for "two espresso shots." The coffee across the street does the same thing for 1/3rd of the price, and they've never made mistakes.
