The baristas at this location are all very sweet and helpful, and the environment is clean and calm. During peak times, you can tell the employees are super focused on moving through orders and keeping the wait down for customers. They do a really good job of maintaining speed and quality, even though they often have a small team and a lot of things to juggle at once!The interior is surprisingly small, but it’s really lovely. The main room feels tall and bright, with a few tall tables and a couple lounge seats. Most of the seating is to the side, where there are several small 2-seater tables and a long bench with larger tables (and one accessible table) — the vibe is much cozier in this area, with ambient lighting and a low ceiling. There are many outlets, making it a great place to study!There is also a large covered patio, which has a lot of seating as well as heaters that can be turned on by request.Dietary restrictions: Like all Starbucks, there are dairy alternatives for drinks (soy | oat | almond) and equipment can be deep cleaned by request to accommodate for certain allergies.Parking: The relationship between the parking lot, drive-thru, and building entrances is a bit weird; but once you get used to it, there’s a good amount of space.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances (and the patio) are ramp accessible, with wide enough entry for a motorized chair. The doors are not motorized, however.

SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN TOWN!!! I'm not usually the person to complain but MULTIPLE times I've sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me... mind you, I ordered ahead at home (10 minute drive)... Everything I get here I'm told my order isn't ready... the baristas are slow in my opinion compared to other starbucks! Spend the extra 2 miles and go to the Starbucks by Cold Stone!!

My experience this morning with Starbucks was definitely not like any other. I had placed a mobile order and realized it had been place at another store. The young lady at the window just looked at me stupid as if she couldn’t offer to make it at their store or give any options as to how to fix it. I leave the window and call the actual store that i placed the order at and the manager on shift said that i should be able to get it remade at another store or get a refund. So i go all the way back to Starbucks again, the same one i just left, i asked if i could get the order remade and refund one of the drinks because i was taking a family member to school who i had now dropped off. The young lady again on the speaker says to me oh we can’t do that because we don’t have any recollection of that and there’s so said person by the name i have that works here. Her attitude had irritated me so i left again and called the store back to speak to the same manager again, she gave me a conclusion to my issue and apologized but im just in shocked at how the other store handled it. Now i know why they only have 3 stars!!

I have given this Starbucks multiple try’s because it’s less than 1mile from my home. 9 out of 10times I have had a problem with my order. I get Starbucks 2 x per week so I know how my drink should look and taste. This location and only this location gives me a hard time about anything extra I ask for in my drink. Whether it’s extra espresso or lining my cup with extra Carmel drizzle, it is never right and always a back and forth discussion between myself and the barista. As a consumer I am paying for the extra additives I ask for and expect to get what I pay for. I am not sure if it is leadership or training at this location that is the problem, but customer service and the quality of drinks are a huge issue. Starbucks cost too much for this location to consistently have poor customer service and drink quality.
Not a bad place to study when you need to have a drip-feed of coffee with the free-refills on the app. However, it was made clear today, and yesterday that the baristas are not familiar with the products they are selling-- such as a red-eye or black eye. I'm sure there is a button for "two espresso shots." The coffee across the street does the same thing for 1/3rd of the price, and they've never made mistakes. There are also no non-christmas whole beans available. Aside, if you're going to work somewhere, invest in all the knowledge you can.Parking: Reasonable number of spots, handicaps and onWheelchair accessibility: It's available by the dumpster, facing the strip-mall
