Waste of my time. Ordered by phone. Indian girl took my name and my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later and same Indian girl said they did not have order at all. No other females working. Said I had to wait another 15 minutes. How do you confirm with a customer your order will be ready in whatever amount of time and take their name only to forget the order all together??? No other customers in store. Never going back.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Little Caesars.
Our order was made incorrectly twice, forcing us to drive back to the store two separate times. Instead of taking responsibility for the repeated mistakes, the manager blamed us and refused to issue a refund, leaving us no choice but to make another trip back to the store.
