I ordered my 2 drinks in the app before I started heading over, giving it time because I knew the time was a normally busy time.
I only waited a few minutes for one of my drinks, thinking the other was getting made. 10 minutes later, the other still wasn't there.
I went to the counter & was trying to ask someone about it. One staff helped 2 others, looked at me then went back to what she was doing. Another helped someone else.

Had a bad experience with shannon i wouldnt recommend her services to anyone looking for quality
My husband and I went through the drive-thru. I normally just get black coffee, but I wanted something a little sweet. The lady on headset told us to let her know if we needed any help, so we asked her for a recommendation. She was so sweet, asked us a few questions, and gave us a recommendation that we ordered. She was very patient and made us a delicious coffee. I have had good experiences at other stores, but she went above and beyond with customer service.
