My husband and I went through the drive-thru. I normally just get black coffee, but I wanted something a little sweet. The lady on headset told us to let her know if we needed any help, so we asked her for a recommendation. She was so sweet, asked us a few questions, and gave us a recommendation that we ordered. She was very patient and made us a delicious coffee. I have had good experiences at other stores, but she went above and beyond with customer service.
I come here to study and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The workers are all nice and helpful. Whereas some Starbucks are iffy on the quality of their drinks, I’ve never gotten a bad drink here.
The baristas here are super friendly and make amazing drinks. It is often very busy and you might have to wait but usually they get through the line very fast. Last time my drink was not made correctly but everyone makes mistakes and they apologized and quickly remade it.
