My wife and I are regulars at this location and I can honestly say the staff is as good as it gets; all super friendly, remembering our names & orders, and just generally doing a great job even when things get hectic. Have never had a bad experience! Hats off to the crew at 9629!

needs a new morning crew, or atleast a new person taking orders in the drive thru. never says his name so i don't know who it is, but it's a gentleman and he has no customer service. just very rude and doesn't even greet you. most people come here to get their morning started, or needs a pick me up. don't want to hear rudeness first thing in the morning, for absolutely no reason. please do better.

Haven’t had any good experiences here. Save your time and go to one of the other Starbucks. I’ve witnessed a barista giving away my food, handing me 6 things individually instead of getting a bag and excuses for poor drinks on several occasions. This last time was supposed to be a frozen drink. The first time I got this drink was from a Starbucks further away, and it stayed frozen literally until I got home. This one didn’t even make it off the counter. And this is what it looked like 5 mins later.
