My order delivered Oct 2 included coffee that BRCC doesn’t even sell (Whole Foods sells it), and a tshirt I didn’t order, and DIDN’T include two bags of coffee I did order. Looks like at least 3 people had their orders comingled. Submitted multiple emails and waited nearly an hour this morning for ChatBot to tell me the live agent couldn’t help after watching the queue drop from 27 waiting to 21 waiting. Super frustrating. I actually got you from my local store. I got the Loyal Spirit, because I have to drink light roast and I love it. Great flavor.
