Speedy and friendly customer service. Love that they have food options as well. I have been looking for a starbucks/dunking alternative and the lack of food options is what keeps me going back. The only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wouldnt necessarily say I love the taste of their coffee. I like the flavor but wouldnt come for a black cup. On par with sb/dd in my opinion though so a good option for when I dont feel like making my own.

Update: After using them a few times I have to bring down their review. Their latte is truly amazing but their drive through morning service is bad at times. There was more than a few times when I pre-ordered 10 minutes in advance and with no other cars, it took more than a couple of minutes to get it. Today it took close to 10 minutes. It's like they forgot I was there.

Visited this location today & was not let down. Coffee was terrific & the friendly informative staff was even better. I had no idea there were two locations here in Hampton Roads. We will be visiting to compare if they match up to the great tasting coffee, warm inviting atmosphere & excellent baristas!
