“A last minute early dinner invitation and we decided on Harry's Ale House at Harrison Crossing. We arrived at 5 pm. About 75%of the tables were full. Not bad for a Saturday. Michele was our waitstaff and she was very polite, attentive, and patient. My dinner companion and I were so busy talking, we didn't look at the menu and she was kind enough to keep checking on us. Thank you Michele for your patience. I ordered the steak salad and my companion ordered the salmon. The meals came out in a timely fashion as we had enough time for a cocktail but didn't wait beyond that. My companion's salmon dinner was quite good. I ordered my steak medium. It came out med-rare which is actually how I like it. My only comment is the steak was tough to chew although it was cooked nicely. I suggest slicing the steak into thinner slices and that will remove the toughness.We had a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was lively but not so loud I couldn't comfortably carry on a conversation. I have eaten at Harry's several times but usually carry out on my way home (also a good option).“

“Went to Amy's Cafe for the 1st time yesterday. We were treated with great food (Appetizer was Reuben egg rolls, onion rings, entree was Chicken fried steak ,mashed potatoes and delicious green beans with bacon) great food and great service (Thank You Betty).“

We were coming from church and the party consisted of 5 couples. We had been there before with no issues getting separate checks. Was told it was a weekend policy implemented 3 months ago. We have been there within the last month and was not told this. No bad experiences prior. Assuming the manager just did not want to accommodate us.“

“Fish and grill really changed, since I last visited, some 5 years ago. The parking lot is kind of crowded- I didn't expect that to change in a strip zoned for businesses. But it's clean. They would do well to have one garbage can outside of the establishment but the sidewalk is narrow. The signage is visible. The restaurant is very open, airy and immaculate. We arrived, intending to eat in the car because we have a toddler with special needs: he's in keg casts. The restaurant had a separate area in the front, near the door that accommodated our needs. We are COVID conscious and wanted to be away from others. The food was fantastic. We had catfish meals and sides that were delicious, hot and arrived in a timely manner. My grandson was having a horrible time sitting and eating: he is in thigh high casts and he was not happy that he couldn't sit by himself or eat properly. He's very active and independent. While sitting in his mom's lap, he urinated through his diaper and down her leg. While we were ready to go back to the car to take everything "to go." Our server, Tiffany, came to the rescue. She went to the car and gave us a diaper he could fit and pants he could wear. I've never seen such a kind gesture at a restaurant. She is a gem. He's newly casted, so we had to buy new diapers (he's potty training but has to go back a few steps to a regular diaper. Tiffany saved the afternoon. I recommend Dish and Grill for the food (it's exemplary), for the ambiance and for kind people like Tiffany; people that really take pride in themselves and pass kindness to others. “If you haven't been here yet, you need to go and go as soon as possible! The flavors are amazing! Everything is perfectly seasoned, amazingly fried to a have a wonderful crisp and crunch. We've tried the catfish and it took me back in time like the food critic in Ratatouille. This visit I got the Souls Chicken platter and the Souls Fish & Shrimp platter, you can take a look at these pictures and just tell how good it would be. It had good amount of vegetables it was delicious with the crispy egg roll!
