Five Chophouse - The Publisher Hotel offers an exceptional dining experience. The service, while sometimes slow and apologetic, is attentive and ensures that guests have a great time. The drinks are fantastic, and the food is phenomenal, with standout dishes including the shrimp and grits, ribeye with rub, and Peanut butter pie. The steaks are great, and the lobster Mac is a winner. While there is room for improvement, particularly with the servers' confidence and the quality of napkins, the restaurant's overall quality and creativity make it a great spot to visit.
