“We finally got a chance to try this. They are closed on weekends. The hotdogs are good very big dogs cooked right with good flavor. The buns were soft and fit the dog well. Good overall nothing spectacular but if your looking for a quick bite to eat go by here. Inwould give them 8 out of 10 stars.“
“Came for brunch on a Saturday and sat at the bar. Bartenders were great to talk with, drinks lovely, and food very good. I can only speak to the atmosphere in the bar, but I thought it was very cool, laid back, with just the right amount of sophistication. I'm gluten free and there were enough choices that I felt I could pick from. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is easy but can look deceiving; the joint parking is for many businesses so hard to tell from outside how busy the restaurant is. I'd definitely be back again.“
“I took 2 of my 3 sons there for dinner and my son asked for a glass of water to have with his meal. He took a sip and then noticed that pulp was floating around in the glass. I guess clean dishes aren't that important. I reached out to management and the response was " okay, I'll make sure all of our glasses are clean from now on". Now that's customer service....sad.“
“We were all gathering for our granddaughter's 4th birthday. A lot of us were in town so we chose here for dinner the night before. A couple things had to be sent back because they were undercooked. The service was phenomenal as far as our server. The atmosphere was way too crowded. They were stacking us in a small room like sardines with several other parties. We made a reservation for our large party before going .“
“Have driven by this little place so many times and finally stopped there this past weekend, and I am so glad I did! The food was excellent, great portion sizes, selections, and oh so yummy (best fried pickles I've ever had). I definitely will be going back to try the other options!“
“The food is good and fair priced. The staff is always courteous. What more can you ask for? My only complaint is the overcrowding. ? I just wish they’d open up another restaurant maybe within the town. Because if you’re a La Plata local you know the line is often out the door just to pick up your order! But I guess that’s because the food is so popular! Talk about suffering from success. ?? But yes, please consider opening another Marie’s, or just upsizing so we don’t have to fight to get through the doo. (just kidding lol)“
