“Our server, Diana (If I'm remembering correctly), was awesome. Very tentative, and is enthusiastic when talking with us. She even went over everything since it was our first time there. The food was very delicious and well prepared. Quick service and delicious food, is there anything else to ask for? How about a bar with sports playing in a separate space from the dining area. An atmosphere that was calming and intriguing to see at the same time. Even the floor manager came around to check up on us, then went over to bar-back. There were a lot of options on the menu from $12-17 that all looked delicious, and some steak dishes around $22-$26. Food was very filling, and the complimentary croissants were sooo good. Highly recommend, and even though it is about an hour from me I will definitely be going back to try more of the food options (and to get more of those croissants!).“

“After a 12 hour car ride to our hotel, this was an Amazing and Delicious dinner for our family of 4! Very affordable. We’ve paid a lot more for a lot less, and we even got dessert! Our kids rated it a 10 out of 5 and that’s huge for them. Highly recommend!! Will be back!“

The staff made us feel right at home and checked in just the right amount to be sure everything was perfect. The ambiance was warm and cozy, with that classic Cracker Barrel charm that makes you want to relax and enjoy your time. From the country décor to the comfortable seating, it created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our meal. Overall, a great dining experience with excellent service and a lovely environment. “The fam and I went to Prime Street to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Our experience tonight was so amazing…I wanted to get on here to give Prime Street their flowers. My wife and I have been to Prime Street multiple times and they never failed the assignment. Tonight, we had the crab dip and the calamari for apps…Delicious! For entrees, I wanted to try something different because I normally get the Ribeye, so I got the lamb chops with the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and my wife got the Ribeye with broccolini and mashed potatoes…everything was 10/10! The lamb chops were seasoned well and you get 8, which is unheard of. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful especially with the bacon and the mashed potatoes had amazing flavor. My wife enjoyed her Ribeye, which is always good every time we get it. Even my brother-in-law, who’s not easily impressed was blown away by the burger and I let him try my lamb chops.

I normally don’t leave good reviews (which I need to start doing because it’s some good food spots out here and the people need to know), but I just felt compelled to write this review. I highly recommend Prime Street. Yes it’s all the way in White Plains, but it’s worth the flight.“

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.

The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.

When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.

Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.“

“Small little greasy spot located on a fairly busy road. I want to say it used to be a KFC about 20 years ago. It has a drive through but no seating. Food is made to order. I had the French toast platter with home fries. My family had wings and fries. Nothing spectacular but it hits the spot if you’re hungry. Service was polite. The citrus seasoning is a definite don’t on the fried chicken. I like my wings fried hard and they delivered. Probably won’t go back because we don’t live near there but it was decently priced and filling.“

The warm cornbread w/honey butter and seafood pasta were delicious!! I was not disappointed , NOTE: if you use a credit card there’s a “processing fee in addition to the 18% gratuity” I will be sure to bring cash when I revisit for the breakfast menu.“
