“I was a little skeptical at first cause that’s quite a title to claim “America’s Best” but goddum! I think this might be one of the best wing spots I ever been to, at least this location.

“I called 10 minutes before closing saying I wanted food and I wouldn’t be able to get there until 10 minutes after closing. They accommodated as much as they could. they recommended me a quick delicious option. That was a barbecue burger with beef and coleslaw. It was absolutely spectacular I’ve never eat something so fast in my life. I highly recommend trying it and I can’t wait to try their other products soon.“

“Awesome brunch! This place is a hidden gem.True culinary delight.Everything tasted fabulous! Chessy grits were incredible. Steak was tender. Wings were winging. Resturant was clean and inviting. The fact that it was next to veterinarian clinic threw me off initially but all good. Its has a great bar with lots of TV's, for sports watching. This is distant to be one of my favs in Alexandria. Highly recommend and will be back!“

“First time back since renovations and wow what a story this place is. It started with the chicken & waffles. The meat was really pink and hard to bite into so I decided to do french toast instead. (Minus the almond cookies.) and it was delicious but it was soft as butter so I had to request a spoon 😮 On top of that, the bartender complimented not only my neurodivergent tattoos 🏳️‍🌈♾️ but also gave me a free mocktail. Though I will warn you it’s real strong. I tasted mostly lemon but it had a hint of maple and tea. Which is ironic because strong taste is why I prefer tea over coffee (if I had to pick between the two). Regardless, these people deserve some love especially in the economic crises we have.“

“Dining in Succotash was a pleasant experience. The interior is beautiful and the staff is friendly. As a fan of the Culinary Show, we are lucky to have tasted KY fried tofu and Ribeye Kalbi appeared on the show. I strongly recommend the Ribeye. It was very juicy and satisfying.“

“We poped online and made a reservation. The parking lot is big with lots of spots on the side. We arrived and got seated right away. Out waitress was great the appetizer came out quick and hot. The food all came out cooked correctly and tasted great. The portions were large and filled the plates up. I haven't been here in a while but left full and happy. “this was the best experience i had for my birthday and 1st time being here and Timothy was our server and he did an excellent job with his smiles and friendliness and our wonderful bartender Jay zehring was very friendly and kept the smiles going and both were fantastic so whenever you go in greet Timothy and Jay and the drinks were very very good and food was excellent. the whole crew was very friendly and kind and greeted you will lots of smiles and the place is well cleaned and if you have never been to manchester lakes in springfield please do so. i rate them 5 stars 🌟“

“Our server Jayla was awesome! She was very friendly. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. weather was gorgeous outside and the outdoor patio was well covered, but we decided to sit inside. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. Jayla asked if it was our first time at Blackwall Hitch, which it was, so she went over the local favorites. She recommended the flaming crab dip and it was delicious!!! Jayla offered us extra Naan chips which I thought was generous for an upscale restaurant. I asked if she could bring us extra with a to-go box to take the rest of the dip. We also had the mahi mahi tacos and chicken-pancetta flatbread - both were great. Jayla often checked on us. We had a lovely time and the service was great! Thank you!“

“We stopped at Jack’s Place in Old Town for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was great, the service was friendly, and then they really won me over. I asked if they could make me a spicy chicken sub to take with me for later—and OMG. Best sub ever. Seriously. It was spicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

I love a place that does the classics well but is also willing to make you something a little different. Great breakfast, awesome people, and apparently they make a killer spicy chicken sub too. 😂
