Our server Jayla was awesome! She was very friendly. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. weather was gorgeous outside and the outdoor patio was well covered, but we decided to sit inside. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. Jayla asked if it was our first time at Blackwall Hitch, which it was, so she went over the local favorites. Food was good but could have def been hotter. the fish was great but the prime rib was moist but was just warm not hot . Service was amazing.
Large menu with many choices. The short rib pasta was excellent, although I wish they had cut the meat into smaller pieces, I don't expect to have to cut it myself when it's a pasta dish. Same with the shrimp pasta my husband had, our pet peeve is having to try to take the tail shells off either with a knife (very awkward and you often miss much of the meat) or by eating it with your hands, when the shrimp is a) hot and b) covered with sauce.
