Lia and Kitty(mgr)were the absolute best, we came in from new york, they should actually be trainers, I've been to Dennys in Ft Lauderdale, and Orlando and I can tell you for sure, this one has the best service. They make you feel like family. That Kitty is a blip, she let's you know if you have a complaint, she knows no English. However with compliments her English is perfect. Whenever in Maryland we will definitely be looking for them
I typically go here late nights. Most of the time service is OK as they're busy. Tonight, they were on a mission; Veterans Day is the next day. I was waited by the manager, a petite auburn-headed young lady, glasses, super sweet (I forgot her name *facepalm*). I ordered my food and a coffee to go and didn't expect much from there. However she and another staff member consistently checked in on me until my order was ready. You cannot get that service at their competitors!!

Unfortunately, there was only one waitress working very hard to take care of 12 tables. I'm a regular and didn't want to have to spend so much time waiting for my food. It's the holidays, I'm not sure what management was thinking.
