I dined in yesterday at around 5pm, and the service was just okay. The restaurant was "mildly" clean, and there were a bunch of young workers there who weren't rude, but weren't very welcoming or friendly either. However, the food I had was great surprisingly! NEW Review Jan 2023:Updating my stellar review from when I wrote it 10 years ago...this Chili's has certainly went downhill. It really is sad to see and write. The bar is now closed until 4pm or so. The service in the booth area was really terrible. I actually seated myself. The beef queso dip looked like mush and tasted awful. when we finally got seated, we waited 15-20 minutes to be seen. i do not blame the waitress, she had a huge party and she was super nice. There were plenty of other booths we could’ve been sat at where the waitress was not super busy. the hostess was at the stand the whole night texting on her phone. when we received our meals, one of the meals was cold and the food was dried up.
