Reviews for Firehouse Subs

Initially p/u sandwiches here but wheen we got to hotel we found both sandwiches were missing meat and fixings. We called the manager and she very sorry and not only refunded the cost but gave us free sandwiches. Love the food and totally recommend this store.

Got two subs hot bread wasn't toasted so they got soggy. Definitely think these kids don't know what they're doing never had a steak and cheese where the bread was cut all the way through so the meat just falls out.Guy and girl looked more interested in watch the UFC fight than making my subs. Also girl was wearing running shorts instead of work pants which looks unprofessional. If this place wasn't closed I would've demanded my money back. Will not be spending anymore of my money...read full review
I stopped in for lunch on my way down to South Carolina. The restaurant was full around 1:00. They had patio seating which is nice. I redeemed 10,000 points from the rewards program and selected a free large Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub with any purchase (fountain soda). My husband commented how much heartier it was at this location. We left stuffed hours later, usually I am hungry. I didn't think it tasted as good as other locations. About Firehouse Subs

Hot Specialty Subs are the way to go. The Hook & Ladder is one of the most famous of these stuffed full with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack. Make sure to order it "fully involved" which involves mayonnaise, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle served on the side. Another one to try is the Engineer with smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sauteed mushrooms. Like the Hook & Ladder, it's best enjoyed "fully involved." Hot Subs like the Corned Beef Brisket might not have catchy names, but piled high with corned beef brisket and provolone, served "fully involved," you won't really care about clever when you're sinking your teeth into it. Smaller appetites or those who are watching their waistline can enjoy Under 500 Subs or Under 500 Salads. But in case you're feeling "fully involved," a hot bowl of chili is always a good way to warm up on a chilly day. Chips add an extra crunch to go alongside your sub choice. And fudgy brownies and melt-in-your-mouth cookies will give you that extra something to end on a sweet note.
