Bait and switch!!! They only get 2 because the place is very clean and the food looks good. But I am EXTREMELY pissed off that the place is covered in ads for the subway app, but when you download it and drop $25 for a subway gift card in order to get the free sub, this place says they disabled coupons. BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTIL YOUR SANDWICH IS MADE AND YOU TRY TO USE A COUPON. There are no signs anywhere for this. So I blew $25 and STILL had to pay an ADDITIONAL$20...read full review
I only gave 3 stars because of Andy. Andy goes above and beyond. His customer service skills are awesome. I was going here regularly for lunch. I stopped recently because one Tuesday morning, I went in and asked the women behind the counter about Andy. Just trying to make conversation. She was extremely rude and it wasn't just that day. It's daily she's rude. She needs training in customer service or find a new job if she hates it that much.
