It is very bad customer service, the worst person service I never seen before. Don’t come here !I came there for 2 foot long cold cut . The short Korean manager guy gave me wrong kind of bread even I asked for wheat bread he refused to give me wheat bread , he gave me different bread with nut that left over the end of the day and he gave me only 3 slices of hams for each sub instead of 4 slices of hams , because he did it under the metal top cover so there is no way I see how many hams he put in the subs unit I bring them home. While doing the sub he asked me rude personal question how old am I ? When I paid money and used the coupon for 2 foot long sub , he was not happy on his face with bad attitude and tell me ….he doesn’t want me to come there to use coupon next time again because he doesn’t want to lose 2 or 3 dollars when I used coupon. He wants me to buy the subs and don’t use coupon. That is so nasty customer service and insult customer using coupon . I can not believe he said that and he is the manager of the shop .if you don’t want customer using coupon then put the sign don’t accept coupon. If you accept coupon then don’t act foolish like that .I will never come back again . He doesn’t want lose 2 dollars on coupon , now he loses the business for good . This subway shop is going down business badly you can see on the reviews from customer. Don’t come here to give them business.

2 weeks ago me and my son walked into this establishment about 8: 30 pm on Sat night. When someone finally came out of the back, he opened his mouth with "What do you want" not welcome, may I help you. Just the rudest person I have ever had wait on me. By the end of my visit, his attitude had changed when I began to speak to him just as nasty as he was myself and he could no longer keep up with my order. I was having to repeat myself. I wanted my food and did everything that I could not to cuss him out. Very rude establishment and I will NEVER eat there again. Nor will I recommend them. Needs better management and training of there staff.

Refuses to participate in some corporate subway promotions, so your BOGO won't be an option on the app. Sandwiches were below average but not inedible. The subway is Walmart does a better job, just go there these people don't deserve your business.

Worst sub we ever had! Ordered a 6 inch roast beef for my wife and a subway club for me. My wife really asked me if I got her a veggie sub for starters he put four thin slices on the sub paper thin at thatThen he put the lettuce tomato on the bottom then the pickles,black olives and onions on top topping were everywhere obviously didn't care at all. My sub same thing no meat and toppings on it like a first grader don't waste your money!

Was on a long road trip on 1/4/23 and we were starving. Pulled off on this exit for subway because it said it closed at 9PM. We pulled in at 8PM and the doors were locked and the employee hid behind the wall when we saw us….. open sign and lights were all on……. what an absolute joke. Now I know why this place has a 2.8 rating

It's a great place that you can go with your family and friends or byself they have all different kinds of subway bread you can choose from like white or wheat or Italian whole grain wheat and anything kinds of meat u want on your subway sandwich with salad toamoa pickles onion black olive banana peppers and I love this place because it gets me healthy and all of the people who worker there are so friendly and kind & nice to there comuster who come in to sit down to eat lunch or takeout to eat in there car or at home. Thank you and God bless you allParking: You can park anywhere you want because the parking lot is so big and there is a lot of opening space for everyone when they come to subwayWheelchair accessibility: There is a sign for people who can't walk that far or they are in a wheelchair who needs help getting out of the car

Got a portein bowl highly disappointed they gave us bearly any veggies didn't cut up the meat the bowl didn't cover the middle. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The person helping us was rude (bordering on hostile) from the very beginning, and then insinuated that we should be tipping her for making our sandwiches as sloppily as she could while glaring at us the entire time we were in the store.I'm still dumbfounded, as it felt like she was angry at us for having the nerve to place an order to begin with, despite the fact that there were no other customers in the entire store.My wife and I have both worked in the customer service industry. We have always made a point to be patient and polite, as we understand how hard that job can be. But the behavior of this individual was unprovoked and unnecessary.Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway entirely.

Bait and switch!!! They only get 2 because the place is very clean and the food looks good. But I am EXTREMELY pissed off that the place is covered in ads for the subway app, but when you download it and drop $25 for a subway gift card in order to get the free sub, this place says they disabled coupons. BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTIL YOUR SANDWICH IS MADE AND YOU TRY TO USE A COUPON. There are no signs anywhere for this. So I blew $25 and STILL had to pay an ADDITIONAL$20 for my food?! WTF is wrong with this place?!
