Food is most of the time good, need to do a better job at keeping their serving areas clean.Service: The bowl portions they serve are in decline. If you add for more rice for example all they do is grab a little more rice and spread in the bowl to give the appearance that you are getting more.The dining area is neglected most of the times I come here. Service was good, just need to slow down a bit, you feel rushed. I know the prices went up, which is fine but please don't be stingy on the stuff if I'm gonna pay the price I kinda expect it to be worth it. I got my orders and took home. Spent almost 40.00 and to have my chicken taste burnt. I ate it cause I can't waste. Kinda bummed.

Tonight me and my sister went to a chipotle before closing in Fredericksburg, VA and the service was poor. We left and came to this one and the service was great! They made sure the food was still ready and available for us even though they were about to close. It was much appreciated because I had a long day. Ralph, Caden, and Devin gave me and my sister exceptional service and was kind! We appreciated this Chipotle and will definitely be back!
