Chipotle Mexican Grill in Woodbridge

“I placed an online order for pickup at this Chipotle Mexican Grill on Prince William Parkway, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.

The pickup process was smooth, the staff was helpful and courteous, and the food was prepared very well—fresh, accurate, and exactly as ordered. Everything about the service and food quality makes this a location I would continue to frequent.

The only reason I didn’t give this a full five stars is due to parking. Depending on the time of day, available spots can be limited, which can make quick pickup a bit more challenging.

Overall, a solid and reliable Chipotle with great service and well-prepared food.“

“I really do enjoy this location better than some others that might be closer to where I live. I don't have to ask about whether or not it's correct because it usually is. Sometimes it gets overwhelmed because it is a small space although large compared to others. The people are very friendly and the last time I went the woman who happened to there was extremely thoughtful. I didn't order a lot and of course it was a takeout, or mobile order, and she was still kind. So I really appreciated that.“

“I go to this location often because it’s honestly the best in the area IMO, it’s usually a normal good experience, except yesterday (national burrito day), the entire line crew said they had no idea about it and I had to talk to the cashier about it (mind it, it was around 7pm so I figured more customers mentioned it throughout the day) they ran out of your basic veggies like the lettuce, pico, etc and had guac only available, I figured, hey since you guys have no veggies left can I at least get free guac, they gave me a resounding “NO” it’s extra, I said okay, fair enough, nvm, I take no veggies, I got to the cashier and told her that I would like to get my 2nd free burrito and she told me I can only do it if I show the app, which I did have my app on hand, then proceeds to tell me that I can only get more rewards points and not the free burrito, atp I didn’t wanna be a Karen or argue so I said aight, thanks.“
