We were very impressed with our experience at Smokey Bones! We made arrangements for a small family reception after my Brother in laws funeral. We spoke with Nicole a few days in advance to reserve an area separate from the restaurant and she walked us through the catering menu and helped create a wonderful buffet. What a terrific evening! Jenna accommodated our large family group and struck the perfect balance of being attentive to us all without being intrusive. She was fun, funny, kind, and just a terrific server and person. This is what customer experience should be! Go Jenna!

First time back since last year. I ordered the Chipotle BBQ smoked wings which were tasty. The only problem was they forgot to include my Blue Cheese!! The staff was non-existent at the front counter and my order was just sitting there where anyone could have come in, picked it up, and left!! A little more attention to detail would be appreciated.
