The last time I was there, I asked if I could sit in the bar area. I was told "sure sit anywhere". I sat at a bar height table.... I was then told I couldn't sit there...? This happened twice. I can't go back now. Other customers were telling me same thing as I was haggling why I couldn't sit where I wanted in the bar area. I'm going to miss their brisket baked potato and side salad. Try this ask if you can sit in the bar area..they will say sure....then tell you not there. Mind numbing. I now go to on the border.. really good Mexican food and I can sit where I want in the bat area. If I'm paying I should have a vote..?

Brisket chili, pulled pork, and handmade potato wedges - chef’s kiss!!!! Kitchen manager checked on our table and the servers were so efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

First time back since last year. I ordered the Chipotle BBQ smoked wings which were tasty. The only problem was they forgot to include my Blue Cheese!! The staff was non-existent at the front counter and my order was just sitting there where anyone could have come in, picked it up, and left!! A little more attention to detail would be appreciated.

We were very impressed with our experience at Smokey Bones! We made arrangements for a small family reception after my Brother in laws funeral. We spoke with Nicole a few days in advance to reserve an area separate from the restaurant and she walked us through the catering menu and helped create a wonderful buffet. When we arrived for the reception, everything was ready! The food was hot and delicious! Jenna was our server and did a fantastic job with our large party. She was kind, friendly, and efficient. Nicole, the general manager came by frequently to check on everything to make sure everything was running smoothly. When we were ready to leave, the Smokey Bones team made sure our leftovers were packed up and ready for us. Nicole even offered to carry out the bags! Nicole and her team help make an incredibly difficult day for our family a little less difficult. Many thanks!
