I had been looking to try sopes. But there was no one close by who had it, so while in Springfield found this place. I have nothing to compare them to but the meat was seasoned and tender. The sauce was tasty. Then balanced with seasonless beans to not make the dish salty — good move. Nice dish!
No pictures no time for that with the food smelling soooo good had to eat it in the car. Their service is the best and ladies are polite. I drive at least 2 times a month just for their food thats a whole 1 back and forth. But food is worth it for sure.

The ladies greet you with warm energy as soon as you come in. I was craving a traditional pan de pollo so per my fathers recommendation, I came to try it.AAAAAMMMAAAAZINGGG!!!You can choose whether you want your chicken baked or fried. Everything about the sandwich was perfect. Doesn’t come with a side but it’s a huge sandwich.Worth it ❤️❤️
