Friendly service and delicious food. The flan was awesome! Great place to treat myself while getting my car worked on across the street. (Glad I’m still young enough to sprint for my life across horrible Fairfax roads with no easy way for pedestrians to cross.)

Rosita's is a delightful gem offering authentic Salvadoran cuisine in Springfield. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make dining here a pleasant experience. Their pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish, are a must-try; they're perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The menu also features other Salvadoran favorites like yuca frita and carne asada. Overall, Rosita’s provides a taste of El Salvador right in the heart of Virginia, making it a top choice for those craving Central American flavors.

We had a great bad experience on December 31, New Year's Eve, they had an event in which the table had to be reserved with $50, but they were lying to the people, telling them that the $50 dollars were consumables and when it came time to cancel, they stole the money. reservation We spoke with the owners and they were the main ones in the Lie and that is not done to the clients because they get ahead of us.

Great pupusas and lomo Saltado! Ready quickly and always good. We even did a large order for a friend's baby shower and everything is consistently fresh and good.
