“What a wonderful place to get your take-out. We dined in though. The Keema Kabab was mouth watering. We had the Best Beef Steak and Nehari. Finished with the reach tasting Kheer. They took their own time to prepare the food, but believe me every second was worth the waiting that's because the Owner himself is Chef, not some Latinos trained to be a cook as in case of most of the area restaurants around there.“
“Shout out to the current GM at this location, he was very busy but knew how to get things going, wait times are long on Veterans Day but he was running it smooth. Clear communication to the guests and his staff. Elijah was awesome very nice and awesome service.“
“Awesome Indian and Pakistani cuisine in Alexandria. Less than half a mile from my hotel. Service was outstanding and staff are super friendly! The food was amazing. I will definitely be back before I leave and will make this one of my stops whenever I'm back in the area!“
“Tried Ruthie's for the 1st time yesterday. I'd read many good reviews (understandably) but had never tried it. What a great find! It is light and airy. The service is friendly and efficient. The menu is interesting with a good variety. My salad was delicious and so large that I took half of it home for another meal as I saw others doing as well. My husband's barbeque was equally delicious. We will definitely be repeat customers!“
“This hidden gem offers a delightful fusion of flavors that's as vibrant and colorful as a Mexican mural. This family-owned operation not only wins your heart with its super friendly staff but also caters to a symphony of dietary preferences, making it a haven for vegetarians, vegans, and those seeking halal options. The casual atmosphere, a playful blend of Mexican zest and Greek finesse, sets the stage for a dining experience that's both laid-back and lip-smackingly good.Diving into the menu is like embarking on a culinary world tour, starting in Mexico with the Vegan taco, a masterclass in flavor that proves you don't need meat to create a masterpiece. It's a plant-based delight that showcases the kitchen's knack for transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary. The Mexican Pizza, a Wild Tacoz signature, is a flavor bomb. Imagine a 12" pizza that shuns the traditional crust for a double cheese-filled tortilla, creating a base that's as innovative as it is delicious. Topped with a protein of your choice and adorned with a medley of toppings including mild or spicy salsa, a three-cheese mix, tomatoes, onions, black beans, romaine, cilantro, and corn crumbs, it's a dish that dances on the line between genius and madness, landing squarely on the side of genius. Then, we set sail for Greece with the Gyro Burrito, a culinary hybrid that's as bold as it is delicious. Packed with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta, and tzatziki, it's a wrap that wraps you in warmth and comfort, proving that when Mexico meets Greece, the result is nothing short of spectacular.Wild Tacoz is not just a restaurant; it's a testament to the power of family, fusion, and the universal language of delicious food. With every dish made to order, freshness is the name of the game, ensuring that each visit is as delightful as the last. In a world where fusion can sometimes mean confusion, Wild Tacoz stands out as a beacon of culinary creativity, blending Mexican flair and Greek elegance into a dining experience that's sure to leave you wild with joy.“
“I had the gyro sandwich with the sweet potato fries and it was good. Nothing to write home about but I don't have any major complaints. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the service. Our server was not very attentive and barely stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. The place was not that crowded so I don't think being busy was the reason. The bill was also very high for what we got.“
“A local favorite! Spartans is one of those places that makes you feel like home when you go there. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Spartans doesn't disappoint. If you go for breakfast, I highly recommend the Stuffed Challah with Cream Cheese as you won't be hungry for the rest of the day. Enjoy!“
“I’ve been here in the past and before the new owners. The new owners/chef are excellent! It’s a cute, small, family owned restaurant with a cozy vibe. You feel like you’re at their house and they’re hosting you. Highly recommend!! I love the moussaka and falafel pita :)“
“I have lived for 28 years on this planet and have had onion rings from an incalculable number of restaurants. I say with complete confidence that Milano's has the perfect onion rings and I can not even imagine any way to improve them. They are big, bready, and crispy with healthy sized onions, just like you would expect from an American grill style restaurant (obviously they aren't an American restaurant, but they do American food very well). But the onion is cooked to perfection and will bite cleanly instead of sliding out and falling apart the first time you rip into it. The outer breading is perfectly fried, but not too oily and maintains its structure. The ability for a kitchen to take a mundane food purchasable anywhere and execute it perfectly is a great sign of a highly skilled staff in my opinion. I live next-door to this place and eat there very regularly. Everything else on the menu is top-notch as well, the whole menu feels very family-recipe style. This is always my go-to spot when I'm feeling sick, it is fantastic comfort food. Their pizza is definitely the best in the neighborhood, although there are a few other joints in Springfield that give them a run for their money.“
