“Last year, I went with a friend on a night in April, and even though the weather was chilly, many people were waiting in line. I enjoyed the meal with my friend and children, but it was disappointing that the chunks of frozen fruit didn't break into pieces, perhaps because it was prepared by a woman. Still, I ordered 3 types and they were all delicious.“

“Cool treat on a hot day. After shopping with a seven year old for shoes, any treat was a great treat. He decided to stop at the Häagen-Dazs kiosks at Springfield Centre. After a brief wait time, it was our turn to pick our selection. There were SO many delicious flavors that it was difficult to decide. My son picked his favorite, Cookies and Crème, while I stuck with Strawberry in a waffle cone. The lady helping us was funny, polite and courteous to my son who was trying his best to act shy. After getting our treats, we were able to locate some available seats in the food court. It was a great adventure with my kiddo, and the delicious Häagen-Dazs was truly the cherry on top! “I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. The shake I get, is an Oreo Shake, with hot fudge on the bottom of the cup, and oreo crumbles in the shake. It's smooth, a little chewy from the oreo crumbles being blended in with the shake, and the hot fudge on the bottom of the drink adds a different temperature and flavor that meshes well with the oreo shake.

Kid-friendliness: Really great place. I see kids and families come to Baskin Robbins almost all the time.“
