“Amazing Thai spot! I came here for the first time today and ordered takeout. My go-to Thai spot used to be sisters Thai but lately they’ve been inconsistent, pricey, and giving noticeably smaller portions.

I decided to give Happy Thai a shot and was so glad I did! The food was so delicious, flavorful and authentic tasting. Service was great. I placed my order for pickup at 7pm and they had my food prepped and ready to go on the dot.

This will be my new Thai spot!“

“We admittedly did not pay attention to the hours of operation and came after 2:15 (they close at 3 for a break prior to dinner hours) with a party of 8.... thankfully we were the only party, otherwise we could have been turned away. But the sweet woman seated us and let us know nicely. We did our best to eat quickly and respect their closing time so that we could come back shamefree lol!

“Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.“

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “WOW! I live in DC and have tried basically every Thai place in DC but rarely make it to VA. Thai is some of my favorite food. My main complaint with most DC places is that the food is NOT spicy enough. Not the case here! I got the drunken noodles tonight and hands down they were the spiciest best I've had in the area! “Eatsy Thai is excellent. I always get the drunken noodles with shrimp and am never left disappointed.

All the other dishes I’ve tried have also been very good. It’s also convenient as they stay open much later than other restaurants in the Eden Center.

I called and spoke with a staff member that was so nice and advised me on menu items that were not so spicy. I ordered again and OMG, it is delicious!!! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! “This is seriously some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. We tried the green curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and Tom Yum soup and every dish was tastier than the last. Everything was incredibly flavorful, even the dishes that weren’t very spicy. Oh and the service! The waiters were so nice and the food arrived very quickly and pipping hot. In my maybe 5 years of going here the only time they've ever gotten something wrong was confusing water for sprite, and I mean its a clear drink so whatever. The inside is also clean and well kept, even the restrooms. Again, 5 years I've been coming here. In those 5 years I've loved the food here so much that leaving a review never came to my mind because it was just so comforting, like I wasn't even eating at a restaurant.
