“Overall, the food was impressive for a pick up order. Between the green curry, shrimp pad thai, and chicken satay, each dish was incredibly flavorful and well done. The pad thai was a highlight for sure with the noodle texture being perfect and savory profile balancing each component well.

My critiques are that the pick up order took 50 minutes to complete. I am not surprised given how once I arrived (peak dinner time on a Saturday) the restaurant was PACKED. In terms of the food preparation, I was slightly disappointed that the green curry only had 3 pieces of eggplant and the pad thai had 5 shrimps despite being $4 extra.

I would be curious to try the dine in experience when it’s not so busy. All the dishes on their menu sound amazing to try and when I walked in their bar was non stop making drinks which looked like a good sign.“

“We decided to try it out for Friday night takeout. As soon as we placed an order, they called us to let us know that they didnt have fried rice. They offered to replace it with a different dish or asked if it would be okay to wait for 30 mins while they had fried rice ready. We decided to wait and glad that we did because that basil fried rice with chicken was delicious. We also had kra pow gai and that was very flavorful as well. Can’t wait to try more dishes. Glad we have this place so close to us for a takeout.“

“We had a wonderful Eid lunch .The atmosphere was festive, and beautifully arranged for the occasion, making it perfect for celebrating with family and friends.
The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. and the desserts were the perfect ending to a fantastic .especially white chicken and Paye was so so delicious.
What made the experience even better was the excellent service.

“AMAZING! I travelled to the area for an exam and ordered take out from here. Food was perfect. GET THE CRAB RANGOONS! Soooo good and had a buy one get one free so got two! Are all of it immediately lol. Ordered the veggie tofu pad Thai which was extremely generous in portion like 3-4 people could honestly share it! My husbands beef teriyaki was phenomenal and I don’t even like beef! The mango sticky rice was addictive and next time I will order like 3! Staff was very polite and order was ready when I picked up with no wait!“

“My husband and I love Lil' Bowl. Tonight I decided to surprise my husband with a bento bowl which he has never had. They were so good. There was so much food, we had leftovers for tomorrow. Yum! I had the Pad Thai...very good. My husband had the chicken fried rice, and we both really enjoyed our Bento Boxes. We also really enjoyed the mango sticky rice for our dessert. If you like Thai and Japanese cuisine, you have to try Lil' Bowl. We highly recommend it.“

“The food here was great as was the service. The atmosphere was quiet, as most people were out celebrating our Country's 250th Birthday! The temperature out doors was 100F, so we were relieved to find relief indoors, along with a really good Thai Iced Tea.

“Got the wonton noodles off the menu instead of grub from the hot bar. They were okay. Definitely add some sriracha to kick the flavor up.

Recommendation to the owner…offer wonton noodles in a wet and dry form. Wet is what you do now. Dry you cook the noodles and add the noodles, wonton, and buk choy to a platter, and pour the soup in a smaller bowl on the side. The noodles and wonton stop cooking this way and don’t turn into mush. Also, invest in a jar of sambal!“

However, I ventured out of that standard order this past time and decided to get the Drunken Noodles as well. They were just plain noodles with oil, and no sauce. Hands down the worst that I have had and that is the reason I can only give 4 stars instead of 5. I'm not sure if the cook forgot the sauce or if this was standard for them, but steer clear of the Drunken Noodles. Everything else I've had has been fantastic though!“

Crispy Chicken Kapow- Must have. The crispy tender chicken with the fried basil and flavorful sauce topped on some white rice, amazing.
Shrimp Tom Kha- decent! Similar to tom yum, could be a bit more coconut-y
Beef drunken noodles- The noodles has incredible flavor. The beef- not so much. Noodles were thick, coated, and had lots of umami to them.
Beef spicy basil fried rice- loved it. So much flavor, the beef was great on this.
Penang chicken curry- very nutty, definitely something for people that don’t prefer spice, creamy and rich curry served with rice.
Creme brulee thai iced tea- loved it! Crispy sugar top with a creamy layer to mix in
Mango Creamy cheese drink- reminded me of mango lassi with a hint of cream cheese

“My mom and I had found this place by accident, but it was the best find. I like to call it a hidden gem, it’s not real noticeable as it sits in a plaza, but the restaurant is so cute and quaint, the food is fresh and the quality is top notch; the service is second to none; you really can’t ask for anything better. This place is everything that you are looking for and more.

I most recently had their honey shrimp with the spicy level, and my gosh it was so good. I’m talking about eyes rolling in the back of your head good. I literally have had nothing like it, and nobody can do it better than this place. You will literally never go wrong in choosing to eat here and support their business. “My favorite Thai restaurant! I usually get the Panang Curry, which is always delicious. Tonight I had the Thai Beef Noodle Soup. So good! My wife loves their sweet and sour chicken (no breading which she loves).“

“We’re always looking for good Chinese food in the area, and happy to have stumbled upon this one. My husband and I ordered crispy beef, duck wraps, house lo mein and general tso’s chicken. The owner said we ordered too much lol

Crispy beef was very unique. Tasted good, it was fried in thick strips as opposed to the thin strips you usually see, and stayed crunchy throughout.

General Tso’s chicken was good too; large juicy chunks of meat with a good sauce.

Lo mein was great - our 3 year old ate half of the dish himself. The house lo mein was good because it had beef, chicken and shrimp all mixed together.

The only miss for us were the duck wraps. While the pancakes and hoisin sauce tasted good, the duck was way too gamey for our taste and we didn’t love the vegetables that came with it. The owner noticed we didn’t eat it and she recommended that next time we try the Cantonese style roast duck; less gamey and taste better.

We also got a pina colada smoothie which was fabulous!!

True to their restaurant name, they played opera music in the background and had an ongoing video of classical dances on the wall.

The owner was so attentive to our son, gave him crayons to draw with, and kept our water/ tea filled at all times.

Unfortunately we were the only people in the restaurant for dinner that night, I hope more people come try their food! We’ll definitely be back to try more things!“

“My neice wanted to go to her favorite place for her 18th bday, so my sister called the Chin Chin Cafe and they said no problem. They had reserved tables when I arrived so I could decorate. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful. All our guests, especially the bday girl, were very happy. if you have not tried them yet, do yourself a favor and do so. Thank you to everyone at Chin Chin Cafe for helping to make it a perfect celebrationof our beautiful girl!!“
