“My neice wanted to go to her favorite place for her 18th bday, so my sister called the Chin Chin Cafe and they said no problem. They had reserved tables when I arrived so I could decorate. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful. All our guests, especially the bday girl, were very happy. if you have not tried them yet, do yourself a favor and do so. “Smaller restaurant with about 12 tables (mostly booths). We have been ordering mostly takeout for years but enjoy dining in when we have the time.

All the apps are solid and my daughter goes crazy for their kua kai (pictured). My wife goes between the kua kai, pad thai, and the goong ob woonsen. I usually get the seafood versions of drunken noodle or basil fried rice, extra thai spicy.

“Okay I usually don't review mall food places but I had to review this Thai place. They have this Cajun chicken. I'm not really sure what makes it Cajun it's not spicy but it's fried and it's delicious. The gentleman called me over and the nice lady offered me a sample. It was so delicious I immediately said I want that one. The spicy chicken with vegetable were very good as well. I'm from NY and it's really hard for me to find good food I like here since it's so different to what I'm used to. Their Crab Rangoon/Cheese wonton were so delicious. I highly recommend this place. We have been consistently going to this place since 2017 and overall have enjoyed this little staple in the Brambleton community. If I were to have any negative thing to say is that sometimes it seems they can not handle extremely busy times and sometimes it shows through quality of the dish (which they will correct for you) or less attentive staff.

“What’s not too love at Thai Basil. Aside from the food, they are always busy but will always make room for my family for birthdays etc... we are a large family usually 20-30 people. They know us well. You can take Thai cooking classes there too!“

We started with the kale and yogurt appetizer, and it was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Crisp, tart, sweet, salty - astoundingly good! Then our main dishes just carried it forward. However, the food is great, the place is clean, and the nice lady tending to customers is too cool. We've gone back a few times.
