“I had a great experience at Nalak Thai. The food was so delicious, and the portion sizes were really good as well. I also ordered the Ube Thai tea, and it was amazing. Not only did it taste great, but it was also presented so cutely. I loved the heart-shaped straws and the little teddy bear on the drink. It made the whole experience feel extra special and adorable.

The service was excellent too. The servers were very attentive, and the food came out quickly. Overall, everything about the experience was wonderful. I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend Nalak Thai to my friends and family.“

“The restaurant is tucked inside an apartment complex. Inside though, was nicely decorated with two levels. The food was tasty. The carryout entree was provided in a two tier plastic bowl that is unique for this area. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back again and try more dishes. Definitely worth it for fine in or carryout.“

“Overall, the food was impressive for a pick up order. Between the green curry, shrimp pad thai, and chicken satay, each dish was incredibly flavorful and well done. The pad thai was a highlight for sure with the noodle texture being perfect and savory profile balancing each component well.

My critiques are that the pick up order took 50 minutes to complete. I am not surprised given how once I arrived (peak dinner time on a Saturday) the restaurant was PACKED. In terms of the food preparation, I was slightly disappointed that the green curry only had 3 pieces of eggplant and the pad thai had 5 shrimps despite being $4 extra.

I would be curious to try the dine in experience when it’s not so busy. All the dishes on their menu sound amazing to try and when I walked in their bar was non stop making drinks which looked like a good sign.“

So glad to have this gem in the neighborhood, though it’s close to the toll road so easy to get to from further away.“

“Got the wonton noodles off the menu instead of grub from the hot bar. They were okay. Definitely add some sriracha to kick the flavor up.

Recommendation to the owner…offer wonton noodles in a wet and dry form. Wet is what you do now. Dry you cook the noodles and add the noodles, wonton, and buk choy to a platter, and pour the soup in a smaller bowl on the side. The noodles and wonton stop cooking this way and don’t turn into mush. Also, invest in a jar of sambal!“

Food: Prepared in a timely manner, not too fast that it's suspiciously fastfood like, but not so slow that I'm starving myself to death. The presentation is Michelin Star worthy, it is a must to photograph and appreciate the beauty of the dishes presented. The food is deliciously seasoned, not too salty or not too spicy, the seasoning is carefully and eloquently calculated. The sauces have the perfect texture, flavor, and tanginess. The proteins are of good quality that make for soft, tender, and juicy bites. The veggies are fresh and prepared to perfection with the right amount, not too much that I'm paying for a salad, but enough to provide some freshness and crispiness to the dishes. There is a great variety of dishes so there is something for anyone. Food checks are also provided to assure that the quality of the meals are always consistent. Drinks: The Thai tea is stellar, perfect. A little too sweet for my usual preferences, but combined with their water it creates for a perfect hydration combo to cleanse the pallate and fully savor the delicious Thai cuisine flavors. Their bar contains a great variety of drinks and spirits which I look forward to trying out soon. Service: They have some of the friendliest, most efficient, and knowledgeable servers. Always smiling, refilling water cups, answering all sorts of questions, and paying attention that the guests are taken care of properly. Even if the food wasn't as good as it is, I would definitely come back for consistent and respectful service. Atmosphere: Comfortable seating, warm and relaxed lighting, and an authentic aesthetic of Thailand culture. The interior designer did an amazing job making the inside feel elegant and inviting while incorporating Thai elements without overdoing it too much. TLDR: the best Thai ever.“

They offered to replace it with a different dish or asked if it would be okay to wait for 30 mins while they had fried rice ready. “My neice wanted to go to her favorite place for her 18th bday, so my sister called the Chin Chin Cafe and they said no problem. They had reserved tables when I arrived so I could decorate. Raymond was the MOD and was very helpful. We also had great customer service from the 3 employees working that night, it could not have gone any smoother! The timing of the food coming out was perfect!! Everything from the appetizers to the sushi to the main course dishes were delicious and plentiful. All our guests, especially the bday girl, were very happy. if you have not tried them yet, do yourself a favor and do so. “I ordered over the phone then went to the wrong Chinese take out. 🤦‍♀️ We finally get to the right place 25 minutes late but everyone was kind and they even gave me $2 off my order because they didn’t understand about me asking about a children’s size portion (which they do not have.) I told them there was no need to give me a discount, but they did anyway. 😊

We get home and amazingly enough our food was still hot! 👍 I thought the moo goo gai pan was pretty good, my daughter liked her Lo mein, but my husband thought the General Tso Chicken was just ok.
