“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

We savored Dahi Bhalla, Pav Bhaji, Misal, Halka Fulka Thali, and Kulcha Chole—all bursting with fresh and flavorful ingredients. It was a delightful journey back to the tastes of India. The cherry on top was the hospitality from restaurant owner Jai Patel. This place is a definite must-visit!

“The Russia House is a delightful Restaurant, upscale and classy with a lovely ambiance. So enjoyed being able to converse in a normal tone of voice. Service was excellent... my boyfriend sampled a Manhattan with Pepper Vodka, he gave it a thumbs up, followed by wild Salmon in Champagne sauce with caviar...simply delicious. I had the duck, which was the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommend the restaurant.“

“We stopped by recently while passing thru the area. We ordered Italian food from the restaurant across the street and saw the bakery. We stopped by and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We didn’t get any bread, but they had various loaves available. We got some honey butter, chocolate chip cookies and berry scones. Everything was delicious! They also had muffins , brownie mixes, pancake mixes, etc. A nice place to stop by if you are in the area!“

“I didn't do enough research when looking into this spot so I didn't realize it was in a golf club. Despite this, it was pretty easy to find. The staff was very busy keeping up with orders, but I was able to get my good in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the pork belly breakfast sandwich and my wife got the sausage breakfast bowl.

“Nice little place, lovely people. It really seems optimized for the lunch crowd in the Herndon/Reston area - - counter service available, hard-top tables, and so on. I took my overnight visiting cousin there so he could try Afghan food.

The food was quite good (we each ordered kabobs, and I got us a kadu starter so he could try Afghani-style pumpkin), albeit just a little bland (perhaps to have broader appeal to American diners?). But it was thoroughly pleasant, and staff were very polite and friendly.

Prices weren't unreasonable, but the total dinner tab was on par with what one would pay for dinner of slightly better quality in a more inviting setting (something like Panjshir or Bamiyan). So, I think I'd give this a strong recommendation as a lunch spot. Perhaps they might brainstorm a bit about making dinner service a little more inviting. But kudos for exposing more people to Afghani cuisine.

Parking: Located in the typical "urban modern" rabbit warren of mixed-use office buildings, commercial rental apartments, hotels and condos. Street parking only. In the evening, when the area clears out, it was pretty easy to find a free spot. During the day, I suspect parking is a challenge except for those who have access to underground garages.“

“It had been a while since we ate here. We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning. We arrived soon after the 8 am opening, and there were already several customers. The restaurant has many traditional breakfast entrees and sides. I had a Denver omelette with home fries and toast, and my husband chose the Big John meal. Our orders came out very quickly, considering how many customers were coming in by 8:30 or before. Everything was very tasty, and our waitress stopped by often to refill our coffee cups. Virginia Kitchen has been a Herndon favorite for a long time! Recommended!“

“Super Pho in Herndon, VA, hands down, has the best PHO in the Northern VA area! The summer rolls w/ peanut sauce are fresh and always hit the spot. The PHO tastes so much better than any PHO I've ever tasted in the NOVA, DC, or MD. The serving sizes never leave you hungry, and the price leaves you happy to be able to come back, again & again. “Delicious and amazing. It is hard to find genuine bagel places these days. Their selection of bagels is great and the bagels themselves are too notch. They make fantastic sandwiches too. Coffee is pretty good. Friendly staff and the service moves... Except on busy weekends it can feel slow when it can get very crowded. Outdoor seating helps, but they have orders coming in from online, two kiosks, and in-person at the counted so it can take a while.

Oh, and they also have freshly squeezed OJ.“

“One of the best restaurants in could find in states, they always served fresh food. There Gongura chicken biryani and Ulvacharu biryanis are just MAD. The staff is courteous and helpful in choosing the right dishes..
