“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

“5 stars every time. The food is always so good, and the quality is consistently amazing. My favorites are the chicken katsu and cheese katsu — both are so flavorful and satisfying. What makes the experience even better is the service. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes the restaurant feel comfortable and enjoyable to visit. Definitely one of my favorite donkatsu spots!“

“Our Monday night dinner group has come back here multiple times. The smell is wonderful immediately when you walk in. The host and all staff there are super friendly and always fun to chat with. Our waiter had our whole table laughing every time we engaged with him. Everyone's orders were perfectly cooked, nice sized portions and came out very quickly. I personally love the Malaysian Iced Coffee, Roti Canai and Chicken Satay. Our group had noodle dishes, beef, lamb, seafood....all was wonderful. The flavors are vivid and bright, delicious and clearly comfort food. I promise you, you'll enjoy your trip here. Great food for everyone. “The lunch special at Honey Pig BBQ was a satisfying meal. We ordered the cold noodles and galbitang (갈비탕), and both were perfect comfort food in their own way. The cold noodles were refreshing, chewy, and flavorful—great for a warm day—while the galbitang was rich, comforting, and packed with tender meat. The lunch portions were generous, reasonably priced, and came out quickly, making it a great option if you want a filling Korean meal before/after shopping at Hmart next door :)“

“The reviews for this place were so good that I got the salmon poke bowl. I usually don't like poke bowels, but I trust the people's reviews. They gave me the meal in less than 10m, I wanna say closer to 5m. The service was friendly and kind. This was around 3pm, so while everything was quiet. I was impressed they got my meal out so fast, 3pm is generally a lull-in-the-day for restaurants.

I inhaled everything. The miso on the side, and every speck of rice given to me (pictured). Do you know how good food has to be to eat every grain of rice with chopsticks? The sauce was so good, I thought about having a piece of bread to swipe against the bottom to really clean out the bowl. I had a religious experience inhaling everything. The salmon melted in my mouth, the sauce was excellent. They added just enough spice to contribute to the sauce flavor.

Anyways the poke bowl had some raw onions, zucchini(?), and avocado. I wish there was more rice, but that's just particular to me, most people will find the rice/meat ratio perfect. I ate somewhat awkwardly next to the owners/workers in the food court, but I hope it was gratifying for them to see me eat everything so fast.

Take this review with a grain of salt, as I was starving at the time, but 10/10 would come again. This restaurant is an unexpected gem inside of lotte.“

“I drive all the way from West Virginia for the Pho at Pho Hoang because it is simply that delicious. My taste buds sing when I eat it. I crave it in when I am feeling unwell, when their is rainy weather, when their is weather of any kind, and finally on days that end in the letter 'y'. “Classic spot, decorations haven’t been updated since the 80s, but the recipes are good and the service is great. Classic Mexican American tacos and enchiladas with a great price. This is the last OG tippys tacos left as the one that is at another location has changed names and ownership.“

It is hard to find good Korean restaurant where main and side dishes are good, but this is the one. I eat here many times when I am craving for authentic Korean foods.all the servers are kind and know what they are doing.
This is Korean BBQ place with other Korean dishes, it is pricy like other BBQ places, but I think it is worth my money.
Only thing I do not like is, when you are there at a peak time, you have to wait. Also it can be very loud like typical Korean BBQ just like in Korea with people drinking alcohols but no biggie.“

“More like 3.5 stars. The prices are great (by today’s standards) for the portion size. Wait times are incredibly short. And I was surprised by how much protein (shrimp) they gave me in my Bento box. But the food isn’t very flavorful and it’s quite greasy. Also, there weren’t very many vegetables included, and I didn’t get much sauce in my box. I’m not too upset about the taste because of the price, so I guess you get what you pay for.“

But what I can say is it is very close to how it tastes at a good restaurant in Korea. I am a fanatic for soondae and jokbal and this place food was really good. This place is 1.5 hours from me and I'd drive the distance to just eat this and drive back.“
