“We've been going to Lab No. 1 for a few years now. The experience is good every time. This last time was great though. We tried the jjamppong for the first time and ordered pork katsu don. Shelly made sure our service was great, and she showed us the best way to eat mussels that I have never seen before. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends for food and service.“

“Great food, was able to customize the meal for my pickier kids. I added carrots to my Ramen and took out the mushrooms. Loved that I could customize so much of it! Kids loved the boba tea and the juice where you could add the boba balls to it. You could also pick how much sugar you wanted added!“

“More like 3.5 stars. The prices are great (by today’s standards) for the portion size. Wait times are incredibly short. And I was surprised by how much protein (shrimp) they gave me in my Bento box. But the food isn’t very flavorful and it’s quite greasy. Also, there weren’t very many vegetables included, and I didn’t get much sauce in my box. I’m not too upset about the taste because of the price, so I guess you get what you pay for.“

But the thing that initially had us was how clean the place was. The tempura was also very good because of how clean the oil was. The service was also excellent. It was so good that we came back the next weekend to try out some more dishes despite it being a 30 minute drive from our home.
