“Very fresh sushi and reasonable price. Can’t find any other place like this in the area. Very satisfying! I recommend sashimi salad bowl with spicy sauce (serves with). It’s Korean style poke bowl! Also miso soup comes with it. If you need more, it’s only $0.50. So good!“

“I had a birthday dinner here with my whole family. We got our own table, personal service from the best chef, and since it was closing time, as many balloon animals as my toddler could hold. The food is always fantastic, but you come for the show.“

“I've eaten here before maybe 5 plus years ago. The food was pretty decent , I had the udon and it was pretty decent but could have used a little bit more flavor. My wife ordered the beef teppanyaki and she enjoyed it. My son ordered the tempura meal , he thought it was decent but it too could have used a little bit more flavor. I usually take pictures and add photos to these reviews but it completely slipped my mind this time.“

“Absolutely loved the food! As a frequent customer of Beni*ana this place definitely contends with flavor, quality and especially price (more affordable). Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Sumo if you’re looking for a semi healthy and delicious meal!“

“I have been here twice and the first time the service was not great, I was with a large group and the server messed up a couple orders and seemed generally anxious. I came last night with just 2 people and everything was amazing. I’m glad I came back, definitely suited better to smaller groups.“

“I had a totally different experience here. The staff has always been polite and helpful, and the food is fresh and tasty.
Also, it’s a bit misleading to say it was just soy sauce—there were multiple extra sauce requests like spicy mayo and chili sauce. It’s pretty normal for places to charge for additional sauces beyond the basics.
Overall, great service and solid food. Definitely worth trying for yourself!“

“Great food, was able to customize the meal for my pickier kids. I added carrots to my Ramen and took out the mushrooms. Loved that I could customize so much of it! Kids loved the boba tea and the juice where you could add the boba balls to it. You could also pick how much sugar you wanted added!“

“Oh my gosh! Aka Sushi is divine! We had seaweed salad, tuna roll and salmon belly, and WOW! So fresh, super delicious! The service was wonderful. Very clean, actually immaculate . We foodies highly recommend Aka Sushi. You will not be disappointed.“
