My favorite cake in the world is made here! (Sweet potato cake). I am pretty sure this is the cake I will have for my birthday for the rest of my life.
I genuinely hope district or state can subsidize this place, it’s a true community center for public interest, it’s beyond a bakery it is a precious location for the locals to build connections.
The tea I was told to be the least sweet was unbearable, it’s like concentrated out of the jar. The bingsu was edible, but like eating icecream and added a little too much condense milk, maybe that is why I don’t see any elders eating anything here other than bread patisserie.
