I made the mistake of not making a reservation here for dinner on a Saturday night. Even so, the hostesses were kind enough to fit us in at the bar. There was still full service and we got to watch the bartenders make beautiful cocktails. We wanted to try everything on the menu. Came here for dinner with the family and got a huge assortment of dishes. Started off with their Calamari and the Chicken and Beef Satay. For our entrees we got their famous Singapore Chili Softshell Crab, Pineapple Fried Rice, Drunken Noodle, Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Pork Fried Rice, and the Duck Curry. Initially skeptical of how well one restaurant can churn out authentic and delicious dishes from an entire region of the globe, all of our doubts were put to rest as soon as the first appetizer came out and we came away totally converted into regulars.We started out with the pie tee (crabmeat-filled crispy shells) as our appetizer, followed up with beef rendang and kway teow tom yum as the mains.
