“Love this place! I come in all the time and get the fried rice, but the curry and pad thai are also excellent.Vegetarian options: Not every dish on the menu can be served without meat, but many can! Tofu is an option for lots of the dishes that would normally have meat, and many of the curries don't have meat either.“
“First time here in Downtown Alexandria. Service was excellent, fast and polite. Food was amazing. Offer over looked are the bathrooms. Very clean. Great decor and atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again. If you are in the area, stop by and try their food. You will not regret it.“
“Second time here with my husband and I absolutely love this place. Their food is amazing. Love their asian rolls and curry Puff appetizers. Definitely recommend. Love the spiciness of their dishes and the levels of spiciness they offer. Their Thai tea is so full of flavor and so delicious. If you have not visited this place, you should. It won't disappoint. Great service. Friendly staff. The mango sticky rice dessert is out of this world. So delicious!!!“
“My family and I come here at least twice a month and would be here weekly if we lived closer. They have the best sushi in NOVA. We’ve tried several places and this is the only place that comes close to sushi we’ve had on the west coast. Their fish is always fresh and they season their rice to perfection. They have lots of tasty looking dishes on their menu but the sushi is so good we have yet to try anything else.“
“LOVED THIS restaurant! Came with 12 people and sat outside but the ambiance and service are great! people willing to answer questions; the panang curry was fantastic! And the Magnolia waffle dish was sooo good - would 10/10 recommend!Vegetarian options: Good, well-versed staff and easy communication !“
“Their sushi is very good, I have already eaten there several times and have also ordered takeout. The quality of the ingredients are good and fresh. Compared to other places, its price seems more than good to me for its quality.Once I ordered rice that came with shrimp and it was also very good. It's a nice atmosphere and the service is good.Only once did a girl who served us seem to forget our table and we had to be careful to call her to come to us, but otherwise they have good service.“
“Tasty Thai lunch in Old Town! Tried sleepy shrimp for the first time and they were very good: juicy shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and served with a sweet chili sauce. We also enjoyed the balanced Thai iced tea, pad Thai with chicken, spring rolls and pad ginger with shrimp. Ample portions and comfortable seating combined with excellent service made for a wonderful rest from an afternoon of shopping. Thank you!“
“Tom yum soup perfectly spicy and delicate. Green curry was spectacular. Eggplant was beautifully prepared, both texture and flavor! Standard (medium) was not especially spicy, but just left room for the rest of the flavors to shine. I only mention it, if you like spicy, you might want to ask for it. Hands down my new favorite Thai place.“
“I've been a loyal patron of Rice & Spice Thai Cuisine for three wonderful years, and the experience has been consistently fantastic. The food is simply amazing, especially the red curry and drunkin noodles – an absolute delight for the taste buds. The service is friendly, the staff is amazing, and the cleanliness adds to the overall great dining experience. Highly recommend this gem for those who appreciate top-notch Thai cuisine!“
“I love this place! I was not fond of Thai food until I ate there. The food is great. Their soup is so good! I can eat it all day! Their egg rolls are great. They sure made regular out of me. I tell everyone about that place. They give you plenty of food for your money!“
“I got to the restaurant without my glasses!! Thiaa was behind the bar, and he was awesome. He helped me pick out dinner based on what I liked. It was off menu and delicious. The service was great, and this guy really knows customer service. I would absolutely come back!“
“Take-Out Only makes this restaurant not as good as other Thai food locations. Once there is a nearby good Thai restaurant and there will be, we will stop ordering from Thai Nakorn.Eating out isn't just The Food, It's the Entire Experience which these people Just Don't Understand!“
“Outstanding food and service. The food gets fast to the table. We ordered (2 people): two appetizers, 3 sushi rolls and 1 entree. The waiter was super friendly and hospitable. We asked for recommendations and the waiter did not miss. The flaming sushi roll was amazing. It was rich in flavor. We definitely will “
“We dined here a while back, and we liked the food. It was freshly cooked with balanced flavors in each dish. The service was decent, and the place was decorated with Thai elements, which made our dining experience exceptional.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available for children.“
“I ate here for the first time last week. I got a bowl called the drunken Italian and it was quite good. It was just the right level of spicy for me for lunch.Their menu is a good size and they seem very open to changes and alterations to fit your tastes. They are a good lunch time price point on a street with a whole lot of pricy spots. Not much seating so plan on getting it to go, maybe on a nice day to sit by the waterfront.“
“I was in the area and was looking for a place to sit down and have a quick dinner. I decided I wanted some Thai food and found Sugar Palm. The restaurant was quite empty except for one or two tables that were occupied. It didn't give me a great feeling, but it was a week night so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Service was quick and they came to take my order soon after I was seated. I ordered the kao soi from their menu which I enjoyed along with the spring roll that they brought out. Overall, the food was tasty.“
“A while back, we visited Torpedo Art Factory one weekend and discovered a Thai restaurant steps away. The place was beautifully decorated with various Thai objects, including a large wooden animal figure hanging from the ceiling and wrapped in a Thai-patterned fabric, serving as the centerpiece. The food was freshly made and delicious, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of flavor. We were impressed by the excellent service and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the restaurant.“
“I enjoyed the ambiance, most of the food and choice of music. I did not particularly care for the crab rangoon. I tasted all cream cheese and green onion and could not taste any crab meat at all. The mocktail mango tango was just ok; It was a really sweet juice. I wanted to get a full experience to be able to take pictures of the way my food was brought out on the pink holding trays because this was my first time; but I was not given that option because my food was brought out in someone's hands. As I looked around, everyone else had the pink carrying tray left on their table, so I was a little upset about that. All in all, I would come back because the appetizer chili wings were good, and so was my shrimp and chicken pineapple curry fried rice.Parking: The parking is a little scarce because it is next to some high volume restaurants and businesses for example Chipotle, rent-a-, center and quickway.Kid-friendliness: The music isn't loud or vulgar, the place is nicely decorated and kids can sit and enjoy a nice Thai meal.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on one level and the chairs can be taken away to accommodate a person within a wheelchair.“
