Good food but bizarrely bad service. From waiting a long time for someone to bother seating us, or taking an order, to bringing our dessert out with our appetizers, this was a case study in bad waitering.
Our go-to for the best Thai food in the area!! Everything is fresh, flavorful and delicious. The decor is modern and comfortable. We particularly like sitting in the booths.We generally have a good service there, but the last time we went with a party of 5. The waitress added an automatic 20% gratuity and then was incredibly slow and curt. We literally sat for 20 minutes before she even greeted us. The best Thai restaurant in the East Coast. Worth every second of my visit to DC. I’ll be back next year with my wife. And order the same thing: shrimp rice with pineapple and cashews (Khao Pad Sapparod). And for dessert: ginger ice cream. Service was awesome as well.
